UTA with support from PSFU acquired some funds from MasterCard Foundation under the project COVID 19 Economic Recovery and Resilience Response Program (CERRRP) to support its member associations on the road to recovery through and after the pandemic.
Many intervations were mapped out under the CERRRP project in this regard, one of the areas was to support member associations develop new Strategic Plans to help members set their targets and aspirations for the next five years starting 2022-2026.
UHOA members, non members and Secretariat have been consulted and engaged on Strategic Plan aspirations and through that a draft Strategic Plan was presented to the UHOA Board by a team of consultants for review and input on 16 September 2021 at Sheraton Hotel Kampala.
The Chairlady led the Board in this very successful Board engagement and the input of the Board will be represented in the final draft of the UHOA Strategic Plan for validation.
